We have reached the Eleventh Hour
There is now sufficient information on hand to demonstrate that the police in America flagrantly plant false evidence to obtain convictions. But this outrage merely supplements their existing panoply of illegal techniques, including assault, deceit and extreme intimidation, all of which appear to make them immune to accountability.

The Eleventh Hour is described elsewhere on this web site as the point where fascism with a small ‘f’, becomes fascism with a big ‘F’, which is when labour or extermination camps could become the norm. There are many warning signs about the slide into these states and high amongst them are an extreme prevailing ideology, or ‘moral panic’ concerning some enemy or undesirable group, and police forces out of control. My reason for writing this now is that I have just been further shocked by information received concerning the blatant planting of false evidence by police in the US, together with what has come to be normal US police intimidation.
As this story will require the eventual naming of individual police and USPS officers, prosecutors and useless defence lawyers – yes, a typical cast of American criminals (being copied in all other Western countries it seems), it is being written in stages. One good reason for this approach is that it allows decent citizens to contact me with information that can back up or modify the story, or, where relevant, correct it. Another is that it may awaken the consciences of local journalists and editors to expose another example of the slide into the police state.
This latest story comes almost exactly ten years after an event that has recently taken up most of my free time (See explanatory note below). On September 8 1999, the FBI created the notorious Fort Worth, Texas, Landslide case, in what has since become an international benchmark for police misconduct, especially where the excuse of ‘child pornography’ is involved. Where the US authorities arrested only a little over 100 in America in connection with Landslide, the British, acting on false information from the US authorities, went after over 7,000, ruining most of them and their families. While the British were the worst by far in their response to the Landslide information, the US authorities through Interpol released the names of some 250,000 alleged subscribers to Landslide to the police forces of around 60 countries. One quarter of a million men and their families were thus affected by this travesty. Based on an estimate of British men who committed suicide as a result of the Landslide-originated police raids, thousands may have committed suicide worldwide. After the British class action commences, it is planned to expand it worldwide. The main plank of the class action is based on prosecution evidence, never before shown to the defence, which the action team obtained by travelling secretly to Fort Worth Texas. This includes both the Landslide records and the relevant FBI files. The class action will also be exposing lies told by the US authorities.
Around the tenth anniversary of this notorious Forth Worth event, when the British class action that it gave rise to (known as a ‘group action’ in the UK) was nearing the High Court stage, I informed most of the main local Texas newspapers and several major nationals about the pending action with information on the implications for certain US police and prosecution officials and I was met with a wall of silence, or indifference. Only the excellent RSOL responded and carried the story in its newsletter.
A critical element facilitating the emergence of the fascist state with a capital ‘F’ is the lack of a mechanism for appealing against or exposing police corruption. This is explained in some detail in a separate article on this web site - No witness protection programme for those trying to expose police corruption. Not only is there a lack of a mechanism for complaint or appeal, the police may meet any attempt to expose them with ruthless intimidation and revenge. Lest any reader believes this remark to be an exaggeration, it is based on real experience gained by me and colleagues in our long struggle to expose the travesty of Landslide-Ore.
When we add a docile media, indeed subservient when it comes to the issue of challenging the current accepted moral ideology, we achieve a police and prosecution system above scrutiny and, worse, a judiciary staffed by individuals elevated from that same corrupted prosecution service.
So what is the latest story? There are a number of levels at which this story can be written. The first and best way is that both the individual affected and the individuals accused of corruption be named. From the experience already gained in the Landslide story this is going to be a difficult task, especially when one is trying to expose individuals in the FBI as well as a local state police force. A less satisfactory method (with stages in between) is to write a generic story about the reality of this increasingly common, if not already widespread, form of corruption, naming the US State where it is happening, but not any of the individuals.
The story is simple enough. One man is wrongfully accused and left to rot. When eventually he annoys the authorities by asking for a statement that he is innocent, so that he can resume some kind of life, the police, using death threats, coerce one of their informants to plant illegal images on his property. Now just because he bothered them by asking for his life back, they make him guilty anyway. They then raid his home with a commando-like team and brutally assault him.
I will try to stage this story, telling it first without naming the perpetuators, but asking others to help me verify it. It would also be a considerable help if locals including journalists and editors helped to further check out the details as it emerges.
But we do not need this story, actually, as few could stand up today and deny that the police are now out of control and that no one who crosses them is safe. The real story should be what we are going to do about this outrageous development.
This could be an opportunity to stand up and be counted for doing something to halt the progress of the rapidly-expanding fascist police state.

Responses
The first response is from the UK where an individual subject to a current investigation believes that he has also been the victim of evidence planted by the police - evidence unconnected with computers. This is striking because some of the evidence that it is being claimed was planted in the US story above also consisted of material 'unconnected with computers', such as printed images and VCR tapes.
The planting of evidence is now such a serious and possibly widespread issue that it may be a national emergency, but, as with so many related issues, we appear powerless to have it investigated, so unassailable and above the law the police and prosecutors appear to be.
The more examples we can compile, however, the better the chances of exposing this particular perversity.
