The British Crown Prosecution Service
Stated mission
"Deliver a high quality prosecution service that brings offenders to justice, helps reduce both crime and the fear of crime and thereby promote public confidence in the rule of law through consistent fair and independent review of cases and through their fair, thorough and firm presentation at court."

From 1998-2003 the Director of Public Prosecutions at the CPS was David Calvert-Smith QC. Ore rolled out in 2002. Calvert-Smith was knighted in 2002 and became a High Court judge in 2005.

Many more to follow
In due course, there will be many more here. Any help to identify key individuals will be appreciated. The US individuals responsible for the Landslide-based origins of Ore will be named in the book The Appalling Vista, which will be published right after the appeal.
Missing names
Some readers have noticed that certain obvious names are missing. This is because they are involved in current court procedures. They will appear here in due course.
Scotland
Lord Advocate

Colin Boyd QC was the Lord Advocate for Scotland from February 2000 until October 2006 when he left to join a commercial firm of solicitors and was also elevated to the Lords. His tenure covered the whole of Operation Ore in Scotland.
Solicitor General

Elish Angiolini, Solicitor General for Scotland from November 2001 until 2006 was Boyd's second-in command for Operation Ore. She replaced him as Lord Advocate in 2006 (and hence in charge of Scotland's prosecution service). As Solicitor General she drafted up the law to deal with alleged sex offenders.
