This is the campaign web site for the Operation Ore group action, also being called a class action, which is taking place in Great Britain and will shortly be in the courts. The co-ordinator of the group action is Brian Rothery, editor of this web site, who can be emailed through Contact.

Support the Operation Ore Action
We have raised the initial money to get the group action (class action) into court, but we will need to move swiftly after our first case to begin to get into motion the raft of appeals and requests for judicial reviews that must follow. Then there will be the matter of bringing actions to try to compensate for the lives of so many men and their families virtually ruined or actually ruined.
There is another real matter to be considered. There has been a campaign underway to neutralise key people who have been mounting and organising the group action. This has manifested itself in a number of ways, ranging from threats, arrests, malicious rumours, anonymous phone calls to spouses and families and even the de-listing of this web site by Google, presumably at the request of the police-managed Internet Watch Foundation (IWF).
Last but by no means least, some of the key individuals we will want to bring into court to have their lives restored, or at least their reputations, have been broken and bankrupted, both physically and mentally. Some do not have a train or bus fare or the means of paying for overnight accommodation.
Support at this stage will mean that it will make it harder for certain persons, who are handsomely supported by the state and taxpayer, to stop this attempt to expose a great travesty of justice, perhaps one of the greatest of the past century.
